Some little appetizers made with herbs from our garden, complimented with some superfoods that can give you a little “pick me up.” Cucumber cracker bottoms, with a dollop of kale/goat cheese/pomegranate salad, topped with a goat cheese ball (my son’s contribution) and goji berries, and various sprigs of herbs: chamomile flowers (front), rooster sage (salvia) flowers (left), lemon balm (back), chives (right). Anytime I get my kid involved, he is bound to eat more. And eating more veggies and herbs: priceless in the health banking category!
