I had the privilege of visiting Singing Frogs Farm this spring for a workshop on how to plant, grow and harvest by their simple methods which are economical, green, organic and sustainable.
While there we got to plant some seedlings, which you can see on my table in the tray which has Bok Choy and Swiss Chard growing.
Visit their site and see the phenomenal way they are growing, using compost and very little water and yielding a super crop.
